AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We use Australia Post for all orders and dispatch from Melbourne, Australia from postcode 3000.
Delivery Costs
All orders are sent using Standard Post and a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Australia is a big place and shipping anywhere these days seems to be getting more and more expensive (especially to WA, NT and QLD). We want to help as much as we can, and to make it fair for everyone, so we have set our own Standard rates, which are much cheaper than Australia Post. We simply cannot cover the full cost, but we are hoping, with your help, as we grow, we will be able to make postage even better.
In some instances (such as for our Victorian customers) the Australia Post rate may be cheaper. Our check-out will always show the Australia Post rate as well, so you can pick which one works best for you.
Our products have been split into 4 weight categories and are charged at the following capped rates:

NB: If your order contains multiple items, across different categories (e.g: hat, cushion and play mat) you will be charged at the rate for the heaviest item in the order.
Express Post is available as an option at check-out. Please note, we do not control the cost for Express Post; it is automatically calculated by Australia Post regardless of the product category your items fall under and will take into account the size and weight of your order and where it is being sent. The bigger and heavier the item, and the further it has to travel from Melbourne, the more expensive it will be to ship.

Heavy/Bulky Items
Individual items with a weight greater than 4kg are classified as "heavy/bulky items". Postage has been capped at $40 for these items (FYI: if left to be calculated at check-out by Australia Post this amount could easily be in excess of $80. See above for further information on how delivery costs for these items are determined by Australia Post).

Delivery Times
Our business hours are 9.30am to 3.00pm AEDT, Monday-Friday. Orders are packed during these times. If you order before 11.00am AEDT your item/s will be dispatched that day.
All packages are sent via Australia Post - a tracking number will be emailed to you.
According to Australia Post, delivery time is estimated to be between 2-3 business days for major Australian cities; and 4-9 business days for WA and rural locations. Please contact Australia Post directly if you need to track your order - Track your items - Australia Post (auspost.com.au).

Incorrect or Returned Parcels
If an incorrect delivery address has been provided causing your parcel to be deemed undeliverable by Australia Post and returned to us, an additional $30 postage fee will apply to resend it again.
We work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible therefore if you have entered the wrong delivery address at check-out, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We can be contacted at hello@minimink.com.au
Once your order has been collected for delivery we are unable to make any address changes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
You may be liable for customs duties in your own country. Please refer to your country's relevant Customs and Import Polices prior to purchase. Minimink cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays resulting from customs clearance.

Delivery Costs

We charge a maximum A$40 flat rate on all international orders.
Australia Post charges postage based on the weight and height of the packing of the items you have chosen, and the location they are going to; these charges can fluctuate dramatically which is why we have capped the rate you pay, as we believe our products are so good everyone deserves the chance to own one!
