Excellent communicatiin and fantastic customer service. Fast shipping, BEAUTIFUL product (blanket)… Large gift box appeared a little “worn” at the sides, particularly at the corners, seemed very slightly ripped. Apart from this, 100% customer satisfaction ♥️
